I'm a level 7 qualified career coach, dedicated to providing expert career coaching and guidance to help you navigate your professional path. My mission is to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their career goals and unlock their full potential. As a certified career coach with a masters degree in Career Management and Coaching, I bring a blend of professional expertise and genuinely human approach to every conversation and connection.
I've coached a wide range of clients from senior leaders, to middle managers and graduates, I specialise in creating clairty and supporting confidence.

My Approach
I’m an integrative coach, working across multiple approaches, with a strong foundation in human-centred and psychodynamic practice. This means I work holistically—considering both what’s happening in the present and the deeper patterns, experiences and contexts that shape how you show up at work and in life.
Reflective practice sits at the heart of my approach. I create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where we can slow things down, explore complexity and make sense of what really matters. While the work is thoughtful and reflective, it is also practical and purposeful—supporting insight, choice and meaningful action at a pace that feels right for you.
Coaching with me is collaborative rather than directive. There is no one-size-fits-all model; each session is shaped around your needs, goals and circumstances.
